Tile: Natural Stone (Granite, Marble, Slate, Quartz, etc) - Install
$3,600
I hired this individual for a project, and he stole money and failed to pay the supplier. This caused months of delay until I ultimately gave up and had to take him to court. Despite repeatedly claiming he had the funds and would repay, I still have not received reimbursement. This behavior demonstrates a complete lack of honesty and integrity. I strongly caution anyone considering hiring him?my experience has been financially and emotionally stressful, and I would not trust him under any circumstances. He should be rated A NEGATIVE 5 STARS - A BIG ZERO IF YOU DO THE MATH.

Landscape Minor Grading or Resloping Service
$4,000
Took 4 months to get a 2 day job done. Had to call him several times and he had an excuse every time. I payed a deposit for the job and had to threaten him with legal action to get him to do the work. The carport he put up was not the one I ordered but I accepted it since I'd already had so much aggravation with him. I would rate him -5 stars if I could.
Response from E-Z Renovations
"I apologize for your experience it rained for a month and I also had some health issues arise that was out of my control and put me out of work for almost 3 months and the carport that you got was an upgraded model for the the time you had to wait. I went over and beyond to help you I filled in your old septic tank hole and leveled out your yard and removed a tree for free and discounted the job by $800.00 just because of the inconvenience of it all and you was very happy the day I finished"
