We had to call Alex back to correct a repair that was not made to our satisfaction. Alex came out the next day and personally corrected the repair. We are now pleased with the roof repair job.

The entire process from bid preparation to completion of installing a new roof was excellent. The office staff provided frequent updates and was always available for questions. Alex Suarez was very professional and helpful with every aspect of the project. He was also instrumental in negotiating with my insurance company for a storm damage claim for my roof. I am a structural engineer and am very picky about details. Alex and his crew went to great lengths to ensure that the job was done to my satisfaction. Blown-in insulation was also installed as part of the project, and this also went very well. Clean up both during the work and after completion was handled very well. I would certainly recommend this firm.

Without doing this all of the time it is hard to know the value, but the overall experience was good. Had a very minor concern that was corrected very quickly. Lots of rain since the repair and so far everything is dry.

The crew showed up on time, cleaned up every day, and produced an excellent end product. The high definition shingled roof looks great. Alex even agreed to install an additional sheet of Hardi-Plank siding for only the cost of the materials. This was not part of the initial contract. The job took an extra day because of the weather but everything worked out in the end. I would definitely recommend and hire these guys again.

This company is the right company to hire. They worked with my insurance company and were able to get them to pay properly for my roof damage from the hurricane after I had worked for over a year to get this done. The quality of their work was excellent and Alex is a great communicator.
