The worker was so honest. He tested my system and determined that a code was missing to program the new keypad. He suggested that I contact the manufacturer for that code. He showed me how to do it myself and HE DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR HIS VISIT. I would highly recommend this honest business! Thanks EZ switch!

Excellent experience: EZ to Switch from other companies. This is the real deal, this is how to run a business: no-job-too-small-attitude, on-the-dot-reliability, professional behavior, knowledge of materials and systems, good trouble-shooting. Had so many problems with prior people who wouldn't come, or respond, or call back. Situation solved: I am sticking to Alex, whom I wish many years of success; he deserves it.

As a followup, I needed to contact Alex of EZ Switch to troubleshoot two of our five surveillance cameras that were inoperable. I emailed Alex. He responded almost immediately. He attempted to solve the problem from his end. When he realized he wasn't able to get the cameras back up and running, he called and scheduled to come over the next day. He arrived on time, and went through all the steps to try to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, they ultimately determined that the cameras were not working. Fortunately, we were still under warranty, so there were no out of pocket costs to us. Our experience with EZ Switch goes beyond excellent. I appreciate the professionalism and the attention to detail. I highly recommend Alex and his team. You will not find a better company.

Recently we hired EZ Switch to install surveillance cameras at our home. Alex responded quickly. We met to discuss what we needed. He explained all of the options available and within a day, we had a written estimate. Any questions or concerns we had were immediately answered by Alex. He was always pleasant and professional. On the day of installation, the technicians, Ed and Dave arrived on time, worked tirelessly, and efficiently. After they left, we experienced some technical issues between the camera software and the network. I immediately reached out to Alex. He responded quickly, and he and Ed returned the next day to troubleshoot. They made every effort to resolve our issue. They were relentless! Although there are still a few kinks to work out with our internet provider, our overall experience with EZ Switch was excellent. I highly recommend Alex and his team if you are considering a home surveillance system.

[At my home in Hollis] Alex set up my camera surveillance system with ease and expertise. EZ's pricing while fair and equitable, eclipsed the previous 4 pros I sought to hire. After speaking with Alex & EZ on the phone the very first time, I knew I had found an upstanding, knowledgeable professional and I hired him to do the work the same day. I am unflaggingly pleased with that decision! I'm thinking about further work of this type and will consider no other pro than EZ Switch.
