Very patient and understanding. Phil would listen carefully to what I wanted done and then take care of it the the best way possible. He even remembered to bring a very good compass in order to find true north. He also gave me some tips on how to use a ladder the right way. He went above and beyond expectations. A true gentleman.

I set up appointment, Service Professional was 3 hours late, didn't bother to call me. When I called him, he said "I'm running late, will get there when I get there". When he finally showed up he spent six hours working on my home theater system. After he left I found out it was hooked incorrectly and I had to replace my DVR. Would not refer this Service Professional to anyone!

"Unfortunately, we had a bad day. We did not handle this customer very well. Just goes to show that even when our bid is better than the competitor, and we did a great job installing her home theatre system and concealing the wires, not paying attention to the details and being untimely will hurt your standing with the customer. We just did not handle this job as well as we should have."

"This was an "fta" satellite system install. fta = free to air where the customer purchases the Satellite equipment and then all programming received is free."

Andy and Stan did an excellent job of installing a HDTV antenna in my attic. It took them longer than expected because they had to try different antennas to get the correct fit. That said, they didn't charge for the additional time it took. I'm a very satisfied customer.
