Itâ s a blessing when you find people who will hold true to their word or promise, Calvin and his crew went above and beyond to get the job done right the first time and expeditiously. They installed a new drainage system (perimeter), dehumidifier, sump pump, bubbler pot and alarm for the basement It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Eagle Basement Technologies, I was most impressed as they communicated clearly with each step of the process. Calvin and his crew transformed our moldy/dark/smelly basement into a bright, water free area. The workers were always professional and went out of their way to answer any questions we had. We had a couple areas of concern but Calvin took the time to work with us to come to a happy resolution. My husband and I would highly recommend this company if you want a beautiful/dry basement.

We hired Eagle Basement Technologies to encapsulate our crawlspace which had areas of water that were 2-3 inches deep. Not only did Calvin and his team get the job done quicker than expected but they did this in the dead of winter, navigating through inclement weather and conditions. Calvin is a true professional, his knowledge and thorough explanation of the process, materials and technology instills confidence as you move through the project. I can say after 4 months, our waterproofing system is working great. The humidity levels in our crawl space are so low that the dehumidifier rarely needs to kick in. I highly recommend Calvin and his team, you will be given thorough attention from start to finish.

Great from beginning to end in all aspects of the job. Fixed the moisture issue by installing a perimeter drain system in the basement, an air mop dehumidifier, and complete cleanup and install of ceiling insulation. Great communications to answer any concerns and provided final instructions on use and maintenance. Additional minor sill plate issues were identified and addressed, and passed by home inspector. A professional job and eliminated all worries.

I had a battery back up sump pump system installed and a primary pump replaced. Calvin/Eagle Basement arrived when promised and they were done in just a few hours. I had a problem with my waterproofing system that had been installed many years ago by another company, who is no longer operating. I contacted Eagle, as they seemed to support the equipment I had. I got a quick contact - even though it was after hours - and they gave me some info that was very helpful, and then soon after, I made a home appt. Calvin was on time, friendly, very communicative, explained everything, and fixed the system perfectly. Excellent job !!

Our basement had a dirt floor with an issue with water puddling, new sump pump needed, drainage and dehumidifier. Before starting the work there was an issue with structural problems that needed to be addressed before the basement waterproofing could be started. Calvin Ortiz worked with us for at least one month working within our budget to come up with a plan to get the necessary work done. They came in and changed the main carrier beam, replaced joists that had rotted and replaced underlayment on floor and cracks in the foundation. Once the structural issues were addressed the basement waterproofing began with installing a sump pump, channeling, barriers, etc. We needed a platform for our water tank and hot water heater and they did that as well. The basement looks beautiful, is dry and was done so quickly. Calvin Ortiz was a true professional, honest, courteous and knowledgeable. A pleasure doing business with him.

I had water leakage in my lower level living room, causing wood parquet tiles to buckle & lift. The first challenge was to identify the several sources of leakage. The solutions involved installing a sump pump, channeling any water toward the sump pump, and installing outside drainage to divert water away from my foundation. It involved removing & reinstalling sheet rock and extensive shelving.Throughout Calvin Ortiz showed me various issues and was reassuring that the difficulties could be fixed and guaranteed. Doug Griffin led the repair team including Steven Maurer and Tyler Wood. They were all outstanding. They all made an extra effort to do things right. The entire living room floor had to be replaced. Calvin hired a subcontractor Jobson Flooring, owner Louis Jobson, with Scott Jobson and Jimmy Limerick. Louis helped me find a suitable flooring. It was quickly and carefully installed. It looks great! Not only did they do excellent work, their customer-oriented attitude is exemplary. I recommend Eagle Basement Technologies very, very highly.
