The crew that came installed a 32' chimney liner and fireplace wood stove insert. The work was very professional and clean. Frank also noticed my chimney needed some flashing as it was leaking. Very professional. They undertook a difficult job and worked until it was finished. To do this, they brought a second team of workers who stayed to the end. They left when they had finished the job, but not until they had cleaned up everything. They stayed focused throughout on the task at hand. They were quite friendly and explained everything that they were doing, including the options that we had in terms of materials, pricing, etc. I would certainly hire them again.

Would highly recommend. I feel like they gave me an honest assessment of things that were problematic and or broken. The job ended up going well beyond what I had initially intended, but they made the repairs at a fair price. Now I feel like I can safely make a fire in our fireplace this winter.

I wish I could give higher than a 5 star rating. Our oil burner would not function due to a completely clogged chimney flue. It turned out the inside of the chimney had collapsed and blocked any air flow. I'm not exaggerating when I say Frank called in less than 2 minutes from when I requested a quote. When I explained the problem, he offered to come out on Sunday (it was a Saturday), despite the fact that Sunday is not a normal work day for him. As he promised, he arrived at the designated time on Monday and when he saw the extent of the problem he told Liz (his wife and business partner) that they were going to fix the problem then and there. The price was very reasonable and the work was of the highest quality. Frank and Liz make an excellent team! The work was completed in just a few hours and Frank threw in a few extras, such as a higher quality chimney cap. They were very professional but also friendly and personable. Frank shared before and after pictures with us and must have reminded us 5 times to call if we had any questions or issues. This is a very honest team and hard working team who do excellent work. I give them my highest endorsement.
