The only thing that I would complain about was the hours they worked each day. He said that he could do it in two weeks and it took three.

"I'm sorry she felt this way but there was extra work added to the original job that we had contracted. She didn't like the color of paint she picked out so we went ahead and repainted her living room, dining room, also her front door."

These guys did an amazing drywall patch where our swamp cooler used to be. Can't even tell where the hole was. Would use them again for sure!

Showed up on time to give me an estimate - then I worked with Harry to arrange the job start and the overall schedule - there was no inconvenience to me since I was pretty flexible. The work was high quality and I was satisfied. Eagle wasn't the cheapest, but I received overall good value for my money.

Harry and his sons did a great job on my drywall/ tile/ painting project. Even after I expanded the project Harry still finished on time and exceeded expectations. Harry and his sons were helpful and punctual! They were very receptive to feedbacks both positive and negative and took them into consideration when working on my house. They did a good job with my laundry room. They came right back to fix areas with which I had some concerns. They also installed my basement door and did a fantastic job. Thank you Harry and all of your boys!

Let me start by saying I believe Eagle did quality work but the project seems to drag out. For a project that should have taken a couple of weeks it seems that it dragged on for close to a month. To be fair like any project it started smaller and grew but non the less. Frankly Harry doesn't communicate very well and at times argued with me when I had an issue and in the end fixed it anyway. Also if your looking for a contractor who can do the job without big money upfront until the job is done, Eagle is not for you.It started with a down payment which was fine but he kept asking for more money has things progressed.

"The customer added a lot of work to the original bid. We started by remodeling a basement that had water damage and he said we were very fast and good so he wanted us to completely rebuild a deck and stain it which we did it all in 1 month plus fix patches under his kitchen sink for free. He wanted rough ceder on his deck and I told him that it was going to be rough and he said use it anyway so we did. After we stained it he wanted me to sand it down (after it was finished) and I told him that it was rough cedar but went ahead and sanded it down and re-stained it for free. He is the one that doesn't listen or communicates very well."

Although most of the work done was of pretty good quality, Harry is not a very good listener and made an incorrect decision (cutting out a foundation window 3 inches to the left instead of to the right) that went counter to what we had asked for. Also, he didn't cover our possessions sufficiently, causing extensive dust to collect on everything. Additionally, he constantly tried to sell us additional work by saying, "we can also do that... let me get someone here to price that out." He even tried to get additional work before actually starting the job we'd hired him for.
