Do not hire. He takes your money and has nothing to show for it. I have been without a kitchen for 3 months. Every time he sets a date to install cabinets (that he has been making for 4 months) he comes up with an excuse why they are not done. Yesterday I got pictures of a bunch of boards. Cabinets are not close to being done. I have had to cancel my granite appointment 3 times. I found out 2 days before the completion date in my contract that he could not do it because he took on another project of finishing someone basement. Meanwhile, I am cooking outside and washing dishes in buckets in the bathtub for 3 months. He is quite the smooth talker and will give an excellent price on the bid. But that is usually how a con man operates. I am out a lot of money on a project with no end date. He is in breach of contract with me. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and he already has a complaint from someone else. And the complaint is the same as mine. Does not show up to work, always has an excuse, projects take 3-4 times longer than they should. ****Update: since filing the complaint with BBB and posting this review, some progress is being attempted on my kitchen. I will review the project again when completed.

Troy completely gutted my master bathroom and remodeled it from top to bottom. This included moving the plumbing to adjust for new location of toilet and shower, hanging and finishing drywall and installing tile in the shower, floor and chair rail height up the walls. He finished the project by installing the new vanity, light fixtures and mirror. I would recommend Troy over and over. Aside from this remodel he also built and installed cabinets for my laundry room, patched one wall opening and installed a pocket door in another opening. Everything looks flawless!

Troy designed, built and installed custom cabinets for the kitchenette area in my business's new office. They are rustic stained alder cabinets. Turned out amazing! I'd recommend him to anyone.
