I needed a new phone line activated on my current phone system. He came up and caused my whole phone system to not work he charged me $1,000.00. Claimed I needed a new box. Was given an ok to order this box and then never contacted me again. It has been 2 weeks and they only call we received was from some very unprofessional lady trying to get us to send her more money directly from our checking account. Worst most unprofessional service I have ever received. He did not disclose his charges and charged me for a box of wire that he could not have possibly used the whole thing on my job and worse yet he didn't need to redo the wiring. I am also contacting BBB on this business when the new company finishes correcting the damage he did to my system. I will never use or recommend Home Advisor again.
