2 days after moving in to my home after a positive inspection I found the dryer vent was completely blocked. $675 to clear the vent. Frank never checked the dryer vent yet passed it for inspection. Would never use his services again or recommend his company to anyone else. Steve L.

We are purchasing a home and are from out of state. Our realtor recommended Eagle Eye. Les did the overall home and insect inspection. He was professional, knowledgeable and had many suggestions. I called Eagle Eye on Friday and the survey was done on Monday. I received full report that night via email. Complete, thorough and personable, Frank pointed out things he had seen in similar home in the area to watch for and did a great job. Inspected the entire house from the roof to the crawlspace.

Asked for a paper copy of inspection was promised one but even after several messages never given. I pointed out a taped over electric switch and asked about it. It was not included in the report. How do you miss a taped over wall switch when it was pointed out to the inspector? Inspector seemed in a hurry the whole time.
