Complete Home Inspection
I hired Shawn, not as a home buyer, but a home seller in order to be pro-active in getting our home ready for a possible sale. He provided me (24 hours later) with a full color, 43 page detailed report on what needed to be fixed, down to the smallest detail, and prioritized by "Major Concerns", "Safety Hazards", etc. When asked, he told me how to fix stuff and what it would probably cost. Wow. And for what he charged? This is your guy, folks........ And about home inspections in general...... I would recommend it to anyone living in a home older than 20-30 years. It gave me peace of mind and hope for a great future sale !!!!
