I started Eagle Eye Home Inspectors, LLC in 2008 and my team has worked in construction for over 30 years. We will help through the home purchasing process, including the most thorough home inspection in NJ, we provide an easy to read inspection report with pictures and detailed descriptions of issues. John treated this home inspection exactly as though his own family were moving in. I am a first time home buyer and John went above and beyond to ensure he explained all his findings. He even gave me and my fianc� flashlights so we could join in on the fun. His inspection report was extremely detailed and included pictures of each finding. John was very good. He knows his stuff real well and willingly answered questions in a very friendly way. He even caught stuff that wasn't found in an inspection that was done on the same house only 3 weeks earlier (maybe some of it was new but highly doubtful). Would highly recommend him to anyone. Can't think of a downside because he was also the most competitive quote I received from about 5 vendors.

John is a knowledgeable professional who truly enjoys his job. He was very informative even on the phone which made me choose him over 2 other well-reviewed home inspection professionals. He arrived right on time, performed a thorough inspection while explaining everything to us and answering our questions patiently. He managed to be so well-focused on his job even while happily entertaining our curious 3 year old. As promised, the very next day, he sent in a detailed report with pictures and clearly marked areas of concern.

John was very thorough and provided detailed information while doing the inspection. He discovered a severe mold issue (in basement and part of roof) not seen by us when we looked at the house and made an offer; it was money well spent for finding this problem. We terminated our contract and have continued house hunting and will gladly use him for our next purchase.
