In Jan 2021 I had a routine inspection done on my new Mobile Home (2 years old) and the service company found some significant warping of my Roof Vents (Clayton Homes). The service company quoted me a price for the vents but I decided to have Eagle Eye come out and do a quote. The office staff was very efficient and set me up with a same day inspection. Mr. Rey Alaniz III came out promptly and inspected my roof and talked with me as he went through all the pictures he took while up on my roof. I explained I was going to try to get this paid for through my Home Buyers Protection Program (HomeFirst - which was a waste of time). However, Rey setup all the paperwork and called and talked with my adjuster which I thought was very good customer service. After waiting for approval / denial - Rey checked in and sent me copies of all the paperwork and pictures. When I was notified that the claim was denied, I called Rey to give him the go ahead anyway to do the work. Once I notified Rey he set me up in his schedule and had the job completed scheduled in a week and finished. I thought the whole process, working with Rey - Eagle Eye Roofing was very efficient and thorough. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again for any service they provide.

Mr. Alaniz came in an emergency capacity, checked where in the home the leak was located, went onto the roof and located where/ what was causing the leak. Within a couple of hours the leak was sealed and two pipe rings were replaced. The price was great, the service quick, friendly and courteous. When it's time to replace the roof, Eagle Eye is who I'll be calling first. Thanks for your quick response and great service.

After searching with Home Advisor, I spoke with Rey with Eagle Eye Roofing who came to assess my needs promptly. Rey provided a written description of what he can repair or replace with a reasonable price. I interviewed 2 other companies but chose to use Eagle Eye. The crew showed up as promised, did a great job in a reasonable period of time and cleaned up the debris at a fair price. I had a large amount of rotten wood trim around by 2 story house with the non-rotted wood in bad need of painting. I also needed repair to damaged sheet rock in my breakfast room ceiling that was repaired- re painted perfectly. I recommend Eagle Eye Roofing and Contracting.
