Prompt good value

Having hired Eagle Fence Inc, to do fence-work(PVC & Aluminum) in July 2022 . In addition to their basic contract requiring half down and full payment on completion, we both signed a city permit based contract requiring city inspection of their work , due to having super sensitive neighbors. They were paid incrementally until they were done. Once they were done, they began showing up at my home demanding full payment because their work was done. Even with the pulled permit using their license , they disregarded the signed contract requiring inspection before final payment. They threatened with court action, taking down the fence etc. This breakdown occurred as the initial rep (Juan) who was very professional and knowledgeable, resigned and so I was left with second tier representatives who lacked the English and knew nothing of the contract that had to resent to them for interpretation â including the Manager Christian Garcia who uses interpreter in customer interactions. The official inspection was later signed off with my consent accepting the minor errors found, since they were easy fixes. Eagle later sent an estimate for an additional $1200 to fix their mistake, as separate from the contractual work. (same fence not yet inspected). Recommendation: Before using Eagle Fence Inc. get a contract signed to have their work inspected. This was my strategy with them. They will overcharge you, make errors and then demand full payment immediately because they are done. Expect quick work but poor work quality. Thereâ s definitely poor business ethics, and English difficulties. Their language is money, definitely not customer satisfaction. Stay far away from Eagle Fence Inc.

Timely, attentive and affordable.

Employees were very kind and experienced. They were hard workers and very tidy. The finished product is just what I wanted. Materials were perfect. Just what I wanted. My backyard and front yards gates and fencing are beautiful. I am very happy for the finished product!

These are fence installers, if any issues come up during installation, brackets, caps, etc, they can solve the issues with experiences, resources, materials. Sent a video estimate, no other pro did this.

The customer service is outstanding. The picket fence is beautiful and installed to my liking. The workers were polite and professional. They cleaned up properly afterwards. My neighbor also hired them after seeing the installation on my property. I would recommend Eagle Fence for the service they provided. I can't evaluate comparable companies as several other referrals never responded to my request for quotes. My property's curb appeal has improved with the addition of the fences.
