This was my second attempt at getting my gutter done, I was blessed to find Ruben and his team. Talk about speed, efficiency and knowledge of the job. I have gone on to use falcon gutters for everything construction related in my home and business. More importantly, their prices are super competitive. It's just an all round win.

Falcon replaced all the gutters and downspouts on our home. Ruben was great to work with and his crew was fast and efficient. Ruben came quickly for a quote and had crews there when we needed them.

Did most of the work, but, through a miscommunication, he did not finish the job. That was in November 2020. I called promptly and he said he would come back to finish. Countless calls and emails later (it is now May 2021) he has not returned a call or even a text message. My wife was home when the work was done and asked about the gutters on the screened porch (the work that was not done). He said that I asked to have everything else replaced, except those gutters, which were clearly rotted and need of replacing. My wife argued with him, but Ruben insisted that he was right. He did not call me to check -- she was busy (working virtually) paid him and he went on his way and out of our lives. Now I need to find another gutter company to come back and do a VERY small job. Hard to find. Poor communication; and NO customer service. I hope he calls back and makes the job right so I can change this review.

They did a great job on replacing my home original gutters. They also did some custom gutter work for the collection of rain water into our rain barrels for our garden. We would recommend them for your small or big gutter projects . Homeowner in Marlborough, MA
