We had Eagle come do a roofing job for us in the fall of 2016. Their quote was competitive, and the reviews I saw were positive, however when it came to the actual service, we found out that they provided awful workmanship of poor quality, and equally as awful customer service. A month or two after my roof was replaced, I started experiencing leaks in one area. I repeatedly called Eagle, and the response I got was argumentative, and they refused to acknowledge the issue due to the leak being over the sunroom. Eventually they did say that they would come take a look, but never showed, and now they do not respond at all. I ended up having to hire someone else and spend additional thousands of dollars for repairs, despite the lifetime warranty I was offered and signed for with Eagle. Come to find out that the reason we had a leak was that they never installed the flashing around the chimney. I feel as though they took advantage of me due to my gender, as I dealt with them since my husband works.

They should stand behind the work they do. They are not showing me accountability or reliability.

I hired Eddie and they put on a roof for me and I had to call them about an issue and they finally took care of it and just recently I called Eddie because I had a leak and said that he would be there last week and did not show, this has been going on for weeks, over 2 dozen phone calls have been unanswered

From start to finish, Eagle's crew did a great job of removing my old roof, installing a new roof, and their clean up after ward was outstanding. Eddie was great to deal with and was a man of his word, providing all we discussed before Eagle was hired. They were able to meet a quick schedule and provide a quality service at a great value for the price.

He met with us and patiently explained the estimate in full detail. We really appreciated his understanding especially since we weren't really at all that knowledgeable with roofing but new we definitely needed one, although we certainly did our homework before calling Eagle Home Improvements LLC and new one thing for sure they have exceptional ratings!...We are very pleased that we picked Eagle Home Improvements LLC. It was a pleasure to work with Eagle. The representative was very knowledgeable and professional, and the cost was right in the area that we anticipated. The construction crew was punctual, very nice, very efficient, and hardworking throughout the day. While working on the detached garage, we could see the young man carefully lining up the shingles. The crew was also very concerned about protecting the entire 2 story house, i.e. shutters, basement door, and the new landscaping that surrounds the house perimeter, all as Eddie had promised. The clean-up was also first rate; after a week, not one nail has been found on the grounds. It was a very chilly and windy January day, yet we feel that the job was done with the same effort and concern that the crew would have given on a spring day. Minus checking the attic after the next rain storm, the job is 100%. Thank you Eagle for adding value to our home and giving us confidence in your job.

After 4 months this company has yet satisfied the requirements to have a permit completed and an inspection to be made. We have made several phone calls and texts to have this completed but have got nothing but excuses, lies and empty promises. Clean up was the worse I have ever seen a company. Pink plastic bags all over, nails thru out the property and plywood left on the grass because not enough room in the dumpster that wasn't picked up for several weeks later. Eddie will say and promise you everything but will never follow thru. i can prove phone calls and texts messages to them and never a reply back to finish what is required.

Superb customer service by Eddie was matched by the high quality work done by his workers on a 30yr old roof with issues. Despite the problems, they fixed everything and cleaned everything up so well you'd never know they were here. And all this for a price that was fantastic, especially considering they covered all the bases from Ice and Storm shield to high quality underlayment and shingles. Very highly recommended.

I was suprised that I did not see the boss Eddy at first. But he was always a phone call away. Very professional crew. Finished and cleaned in two days. Would use them again for other services if he did other house projects.

They took into consideration the urgency of replacing my roof. My roof was really bad and was leaking down the wall in my house. I asked Eddie if he can complete the job before the storm. Not only the job was finish, they cleaned up the area pretty well before the big storm. Overall, I am very much content and satisfy and my new roof. I would recommend this company to others.
