Their initial price was really high and I declined. But, when they were left with a crew stuck in my area due to a cancelled job, they were really willing to negotiate. The guys were good and did a good job. I'm really happy I had my slab lifted.

The EagleLift team that worked on my job was professional and efficient. They worked very hard for long hours to install piers and jacks. They raised the foundation carefully with continuous monitoring and got the levels just right. They injected poly to raise floors to proper levels and sealed cracks. It's been over 7 months since they repaired this foundation, including several periods of wet weather. I still haven't installed new flooring in the house but this allows me to check for any cracks that might indicate movement every time I am at the property. The foundation has not budged during this time. I am very satisfied with the work Dan and his EagleLift team did for me.

The sales reps advised that there would be very little cracking as there was only a 1.2 inch lift required. The process did in fact create lots of cracks - in nearly every room in of our 2 story house - along walls, ceilings and floors. It was particularly apparent in the bathrooms around showers and tubs. I would not advice using this process unless you are prepared to do massive repair or are planning 'down to studs' remodeling. The project was left in an unacceptable condition. Several piers were left in exposed. After several months of repeatedly to get them to fix the piers, and they have since come out and corrected it.
