My first phone call contact was Monday, 9/16/2024. We talked about logistical things, like when to meet. He sent me a contract through email. I I texted him later that day, asking questions about the contract. The contract said $350. He verbally said $350 if the house is under 2000 sq feet and $400 if it's over. I signed the contract. On Tuesday, 9/17/2024, we met at the house. He inspected the house and I accompanied him. It was a general inspection, to see if the structure and foundation was sound. I've never seen an inspection before, so I don't know if it was done well. He did spend the most time in the basement and got into a crawlspace there. He also looked outside. When he was done, he asked me to pay him $400 through Bank of America's Zelle. I did, through my phone, but it seemed that it didn't go through. So I did it again. Soon after, I saw that both $400 payments went through. Around that time, he said he got a phone call about his 3 year old daughter, who was in the hospital. I asked him to return the extra $400 and send me the report. He said he'd do that later in the day. Wednesday, 9/18/2024 I texted him to remind him about returning the extra $400 that I accidently sent. There was no response. Thursday, 9/19/2024 I texted him again about sending me the $400 and the inspection report. He soon after, saying he was sorry for the late response and that he'd send both to me after he left the hospital. On Monday, 9/23/2024 I texted him, reminding him about the money and report. No response. Later that day, I searched to make sure his license was in good standing. At first it said that there was no record and I texted him about that. No response. Later I tried his license again and it did show up in good standing. Today, 9/26/2024 I texted him again and told him that Angi had contacted me and that I was going through this process. I asked him to contact me. So far no response. Below, my ratings are with 5 as the best score and 1 as the lowest. It wasn't clear how to do that.

I had my attic inspected for moisture on ceiling todd found the source,gave detailed explanation and made recommendation for repair,he also provided us with a temporary short term fix,and overall he was just a nice guy..will pass his information along for sure moving forward. ð ð ½
