Retaining Wall - Install
Although I have no prior knowledge to block wall design, I hired Eagle Landscape Construction to do a 71 foot long wall in my wall, supporting dirt from going into pool. Tony took the time to explain the project to me and made sure I was content. I loved the job he did, him and his crew were excellent!! The yard was left in amazing condition, cleaner then I had it. USE EAGLE!!!! absoulty over joyed!

Multiple attempts to contact this company to finish the job have failed with not even a return phone call. I had the company install a wrought iron fence in addition to the sod. Promises to finish leveling the gate and come back to touch up the paint have not been fulfilled. Finials which were tack welded on to the fence have fallen off. Please have Eagle come back to finish what they were paid to do. Next step is BBB and then a lawyer.

"Michael A. was satisfied when we completed the job and paid us in full at the time of completion. Since that time we are no longer in the steel fabrication and fencing business. That portion of our business and the shop associated with it have closed."

Retaining Wall - Install
1. Was accommodating with price and delays caused by town. 2.Dumped gravel in driveway blocking front entrance, couldn't get mail for a week 3. Worker truck parked in driveway without permission breaking an expensive pot and running over my front yard creating huge tire marks 4. Buried leftover material and saw blades in yard. 5. Promised to cover yard with soil and got construction fill with tons of rocks 6. Did not finish job and claimed he would bring more blocks so I could add to the wall myself. 7. Never brought the extra blocks refuses to take my calls and has not given me a receipt for the 15,500 I gave him. 8. Anthony call me

work order #21566111. I paid them for about 75% of the cost of the job. They were hired to do a patio and fence. On January 17 when I signed the contract I was told that this was a 3 week job. Here we are in the middle of June, and the patio is still not finished. Some of what has been done isn't even to the specifications we spoke about. They left my yard a mess. There is junk everywhere and drips of cement all over the paving stones. It has been about 4 weeks without hearing back from Anthony Gioia. He hasn't even given us an opportunity to talk to him about what is wrong with the project. We have apparently been taken advantage of.

Mike was upfront and was forward thinking to ask key questions prior to coming on site whlch allowed him to better prepare for the project. "Rich showed up severak hours late with reather lame excuses when actually he was on other jobs. Dropped of a welder who was needed but who needed lots of instruction. Rich did not show up until the end of the day cause he was "on another job". Welder could not complete the job until rich showed up with a tube needed to complete job.!

"The customer was called and informed we were running late the prior job ran over we called the customer to inform her The tech "I dropped off" has 15 yrs expierence! With 15 yrs expierence he dosent need "lots of instruction but the customer felt she need to give him instruction on how to repair a nodgular iron railing from the 1800s the tech didnt need Rich. The tube of silicone was a courtesy"

nice guy, came right away for the deposite. he sid ill do it wed,he came on a fri. april 1 to get the money,then he called and said he will come thur and thur came and left without a phone call.then later that thur he said ill come the next day fri,and fri came and left,no phone call.this kept going on until he finally had someone come on the 10th.

"This customer fails to mention the voicemail I left him also because he seemed un happy I gave him a discount also the customer could not afford to have the job painted and he was to do it himself but as a courtesy I painted them anyway without a charge. This review I feel is unfair ."

An estimate was promptly given. I inquired about an additional project of replacing aretaining wall and was given an almost immediate response. The project was handled effciently and to our satisfaction.

The reason we came to our decision to us Eagle for our PVC Fencing-Simply put: Rich. He came to our home to give us an estimate. He was knowledgeable, courteous and went out of his way to explain everything we asked him and then some. He did not pressure. He represented himself and the company in a very professional yet personal way. From the beginning until the job was finished Rich was there, at times, along with his boss, Tony. The job was done accurately. The people who work for Eagle know their job and were both neat and clean. Rich and Tony are incredibly honest and a pleasure to work with. Eagle does what they promise to do.

Their customer service skills are outstanding. I couldn't be happier with Tony, Rich and Staff. My husband is a foreman in a construction company so he is very picky when someone else does work for him and he loves the job done by Eagle in putting up our fence. I would recommend them very highly.

JUST WANT TO INFORM YOU THAT EAGLE LANDSCAPING CONSTRUCTION CORP IS RATED HIGHLY FOR US. THE OWNER ANTHONY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. DID EVERYTHING TO ACCOMMODATE US IN ANY WAY POSSIBLE. i had sod put down but before that i had to have roots [ and alot of them ] pulled up.i never saw so many roots in my life.they did an excellent job.i never had to be home.excellent clean up.never knew they were there.i would totally recommend them.
