Subject: Property Destruction and Financial Impact Due to Eagle Lawn Care & Pesta Control Negligence I am writing this review to express my outrage and extreme disappointment with the services provided by Eagle Lawn Care & Pest Control. The negligence of their team resulted in the complete destruction of our lawn. I have attached before and after photos so that the extent of the damage is undeniable. This damage is so severe that it has directly compromised the sale process of our home. Curb appeal is crucial when selling a property, and our front yard is now a major deterrent for potential buyers, causing us immense psychological stress and financial losses. Eagle Lawn Care & Pest Control eventually came out and offered a few small grass plugs as a "solution," which is completely inadequate for the massive size of the existing damage. In April we had St. Augustine sod installed. I selected Eagle Lawn Care and Pest Control in May to care for our lawn. The first treatment was on 5/23/22. The grass was beautiful, growing nicely at that time. I was surprised at how fast the treatment was applied. The technician, Sam, was in and out in a matter of minutes. I did not get a chance to talk to the technician at all. He left written instructions on the bill about watering which I carefully followed as I wanted to protect my investment in this new lawn. I noticed a huge amount of flying bugs that would fly up whenever the grass was disturbed. This was worrisome to me. I made sure I was standing by the lawn when the technician came out 6 weeks later as some small brown spots were starting to appear. He offered no particular reason for the brown spots, just applied another treatment and the same instructions for watering. By July the brown spots were getting bigger and bigger. I called and talked to Justin, the manager. In July got another treatment. By end of July, I had about 60% of the lawn covered in brown, dead grass. The very thing I was trying to prevent by paying for professional lawn care was happening, my lawn was dying quickly too. I canceled my service on 9/1/22 as their claim to custom design an enhancement program to meet my needs and expectations certainly did not happen. Justine started to give me reasons for my lawn dying but it was too late. I had a green healthy lawn when they started and huge dead patches when I canceled and I followed their instructions to the letter and watched my green grass turn brown.

Only use their lawn care and they brought back a dead lawn.

I have been using Eagle for 4 years. They are good and I continue to use them. It's always easy to reach them for questions about my yard. I really appreciate all they do! IF YOU HAVE A LIVE OAK IN YOUR YARD, TELL THEM TO NOT TO USE AN HERBICIDE CONTAINING MSM (METSUFURON-METHYL) on your lawn. My Live Oak has suffered badly. No fewer that 3 Arborists said the problem is MSM in the herbicide.

It took a few months to get my lawn on track. The crew is very professional and provides much needed advice to a city girl with her first yard.

I called yesterday afternoon for a quote which was over the phone. They performed my first treatment the next morning. Fantastic service and no up charge.

I just started using them but once I contacted them they came right out gave me a reasonable price and covered all my bases that I needed. So weâ ll see how they continue to service my lawn and how itâ s gonna look I canâ t really say right at the moment. But I have my fingers crossed zack told me it was gonna look great!
