Thursday night after coming home from a vacation; we found that we didn't have any heat in our house. I called Eagle Pipe and she sent out a technician and the sales rep. They replaced a circuit board in the heat pump we had recently purchased. In a couple of hour's we had a working heat pump and the thermostat adjusted so we never had to touch it again.

Saved me several hundreds of dollars cause people in this world try to get over on you, thank you and if you are reading this review hire them, they are worth it and very thorough.....they take photos so they cant cheat you and they were able to cross reference my furnance to tell me when it was purchased for my home.
