The folks at Eagle Pipe stepped in after another company failed to get back to me with a quote for replacing my old furnace and adding a heat pump (even after several months had passed!). I got an appointment right away to review what needed to be done, and the service was scheduled for three weeks later. Though it was an all-day job, they took care of it with a minimum of disruption, and walked me through at the end to show me what was done, and to give me a brief explanation of the functions of the new thermostat. And the electrician they brought in (Gavin's Electric) even took care of a couple of small things for me at no extra charge. So now I have a working high-efficiency furnace and heat pump just in time for the fall/winter weather! * * * * * I subsequently had the wifi accessory added to enable control of the thermostat from other parts of the house. A simple procedure, and installed quickly. The team stayed long enough for me to confirm that I had wifi access and was able to change settings from my phone. * * * * * Nov 2025 Annual maintenance. Everything in working order.

The Eagle tech (Jared) fit in a quick stop at my home, since he was in the area, ordered the parts I needed, and was were able to come back within the week to get me up and running again! The office person (Savannah) was friendly, efficient, and did an outstanding job with on-going communication. The technician was friendly, polite, answered all my questions, and left the work area very tidy. I highly recommend Eagle Pipe Heating and Air for their genuine customer care.
