Originally, I tried to replace my kitchen faucet by myself but the nut was solidly attached and I didn't have the proper equipment to cut it off. As a result, we were without water in our kitchen for a couple days. Eagle Plumbing was able to provide a quick appointment date. He cut off the screw and installed the new faucet in about 15 minutes. Very efficient and friendly. I will hire again for our plumbing needs.

He was able to fit my job in with only a few hours notice. He was on time and professional. He quickly confirmed that the quote given on the phone was accurate. For my leaking gate valve, he offered an exact replacement but also offered a better ball valve with minimal cost. He fixed the problem within my expected time. The only problem was that water shut off for the pipe would not shut off so he had to shut off the water at the meter.

He was very fast and did a good job. The only complaint I have is that he did not put the last hose on the water softener. We ended up with water coming out of the back of the softener that evening. Other than that issue, he did a good job.
