Since my house is a new build, this was more so a first year inspection for warranty purposes. Joe who was my inspector, understood what I was trying to accomplish and gave me what he calls an "11 month" inspection at a discounted rate. He was very thorough and treated it as if I was going through the buying process. I arrived over an hour early and started with the outside. Inside, he checked every outlet and GFI functionality, appliances, electric panel, both attics, garage, etc. He also provided plenty of pictures. Finally, he left us with some warranty and recall information. Joe has excellent customer service and I would highly recommend Eagle Premier.
