I contacted Eagle 𠦅 Roofing Contractor, and Byron came the same day to explain everything, he spent 2 hours showing me samples and details on what his company will do. Byron also went on my roof and look at my roof and chimney, and send me pictures for me to see what he saw. That following evening, he sent me a proposal, and the next day, he came with samples and explain what his company does also for sidings. Since then, I look at other companies but Byron company gave me the best price for my budget and also promise to give me everything I want. So far Byron company did my roof, and they did everything Byron explain to me in details, all the same materials were used. At the current time they are doing my sidling, they rip off everything and put all the materials that they said they would. I am very happy with Eagle 𠦅 Roofing Contractor, and I would recommend them to anyone, they need more than 5 ð for top quality material and customer service.

When you go to better business bureau there are negative reviews for eagle roofing in West Babylon,NY. They promise you the world to get the job and your money! First they tell you there are many ways to pay but then when they get the job they insist on CASH! Give them cash and they will not comeback as promised and will not finish the job! Calling Owens Corning many times, eagle roofing was never on the same page! I never got my 50 year warranty as stated. They make you think your getting the warranty because it is stated on your bill. They never have the intention of filling out the information that is required by owens corning. Justin states it takes 7 weeks meanwhile it takes 3 days to receive your warranty from owens corning; thats if eagle sends in the information. HE DID NOT! As for the owner, Mr. Lopez, he does not know how to return a phone call to finish the job they started or even knows what is really happening with his own business, as Justin is not the owner! I spoke with owens corning leadership team. They told me if I did not receive my 50 year warranty, even after they emailed eagle, to call them back and let them know what had happened; as I was not the first to complain! They are not happy with eagle remodeling/eagle roofing or whatever there real name is. Owens corning does not like it when contractors are not professional. Owens corning wants there customers treated well, as they represent their brand! Eagle has been around for 3 years and not 23 years as stated. Do not waste your money with this misfit of a company. They do not return calls, emails, texts and never come when they say they are coming back! It is like running after a baby! Find a reputable and trustworthy company with real reviews!!! POST SCRIPT Eagle has contacted me and I did get my 50-year warranty from Owens Corning.

Carlos and his crew were professional and paid attention to detail. They described the materials to be used and reviewed the entire process of removing the old roof and installing a new roof on my home. Carlos and his crew were efficient and they worked extremely well as a team. I highly recommend Carlos and his crew for all your roofing needs!

We had our roof installed by the Eagle Roofing Boys...... What a team they are. I m retired now so i had the luxury of watching them perform their masterpiece ( which is my home)👍🏼👍🏼. Justin told me they would be there at 7:30am sharp and he wasn t kidding. 730 on the dot they were here and went to work immediately and didn t stop until they were done!!!!! He made it a very pleasant and easy experience to get a new roof. His crew was impeccable. They updated us every hour by sending pictures of the progress. He was just wonderful. You would have never guessed all the work they did because everything was left impeccable afterwards.
