I took both the Private Investigator Entry Level (02E) and the Concealed Carry course from Eagle Security Solutions. I found the instructors to be both engaging and sincere in wanting the students to learn and become qualified. They made both courses fun, entertaining and above all very informative. As with any course the other students can add to a learning experience, especially if they have come from diverse backgrounds. I would highly recommend these two courses to anyone considering them. The practical surveillance provided in the Private Investigator course is hard to come by in other courses so be sure to consider this when looking at other training academies. I wish there had been a little more hands on for the online research but was not that much of a deterrent. Overall, excellent instruction and excellent instructors.

Installation of new alarm system was smooth and professionally done.

I took classes else where but decided to go to Eagle Solution for a class and ever since that moment i will not go anywhere else...The classes are well taught and the instructors are knowledgeable... I couldn't ask for a better school.!!!!

Didnt show up for my Friday morning appointment, got a call later and was rescheduled for the next Thursday almost a week later. Was supposed to have a 9:00 appointment but again no one has shown or called. When I called to follow up again they didnt even have a record of my appointment . This is disrespectful and irresponsible. I will not be taking a third day off work to deal with this contractor. Don't use them unless you have lots of time to waste.

We had someone break into our home so we hired Eagle Security Solutions to install a wireless alarm system. They came out the same day to install the system and were very knowledgeable and professional.

A little expensive for what Steve did, but excellent work. Quick. Arrived on time. Would highly recommend even with slightly higher than I wanted for costs. But you have to pay for quality.

The technician, Jason, arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and courteous. He quickly assessed the problem and he had the parts required to make the repair in his truck. After making the repair, he made sure the system would activate and was working to our satisfaction. I would recommend Eagle Security solutions to others looking for a company to complete security system repairs.

The service man called prior to arriving to confirm appointment and arrived promptly on time. he was knowledgeable of the alarm system that was installed, immediately diagnosed the problem and presented a resolution for my consideration. The troubleshooting and repairs were completed within one hour which was half the time of the original estimate. The individual was very courteous and professional and at no time attempted to sell any unwanted services such as system upgrades or monitoring services. I was extremly pleased with the service that was provided and would recommend Eagle Security Solutions to anyone requiring repair of an existing alarm system.

Pricing is not very straightforward, but customer service was excellent. Installation went excellent and installer was excellent. ADT service is excellent.
