Best experience ever! Harry is a guy that you can rely on. He says he'll show up on time, and he does. He charges a fair price. He was thorough in his evaluation and explained what was wrong, how he would fix it, how much it would cost, what might go wrong --to look for in the functioning of the machine-- and for how long his job was guaranteed. He is serious about his job. He showed up on Super Bowl Sunday. When I asked him if he was serious, he said: "The Super Bowl doesn't pay my bills". And sure enough, he was on time.

Gave Harry the model number of the stove. He confirmed he had the oven element needed, which he brought to the job. He installed it and tested to make sure it was working before leaving, This is a rental property and I was able to get the repair done without having to go to the tenant's house.

I hired ESA to repair my washing machine, He was unable to do so. He charged me $65.

I needed to install a new range hood. The technician was very professional, quick and thorough. I would have given 5 stars, but he did show up late. In the end, I really didn't mind. He did an awesome job.
