DO NOT HIRE!! Caused thousands in water damage to my home. Did not secure the hose to the ice maker. Leaked for 7 days thru floor to ceiling below. Would not accept my calls now.

My home warranty assigned this company to repair my washer/dryer. They came out, took $100 off me, and two weeks later, they have not even submitted the paperwork to the home warranty company. I can't even get the claim processed. I've called them and the home warranty company a dozen times asking them to send in the paperwork with no luck whatsoever. (It's awful having to wait weeks for a repair because they won't do the work they've already paid for - I've got two little kids and no laundry machine!) This company is a disaster: totally indifferent to their customers; dishonest; incompetent. I recommend staying very far away!

This company is the absolute worst! They are not professional nor are they dependable. Harry is rude. I have a service contract that they were suppose to honor and they did not. They have horrible communication and unreliable services. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! And if you have a service contract, specifically tell them you DO NOT want this service provider!

I have a very old dryer that needed repairs. The technician completely disassembled it to determine the problem. The parts were ordered and he completely installed the new parts after disassembling it for the second time.

Grossly unprofessional. The initial service call was not performed by a trained technician but perhaps some family member. A young guy copied down model and serial numbers, asked me questions and then called someone on the phone to diagnose the problem remotely. I was then told parts needed to be ordered. After two weeks, I called Eagle Star to be told they didn't receive all the parts. Yet they never bothered to call to inquire about additional parts. They left this job dormant, failing to active in a proactive manner with no regard for the ongoing inconvenience to the customer. Once parts arrived (one month after initial service call), Eagle Star repeatedly made appointments that they failed to keep and did not even call to advise of the delay. The absolute worse company I have ever dealt with and would never suggest anyone do any business with them.

Harry was on time and quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator and resolved the issue.

I usually don't review contractors, but this process made me extremely angry. I was promised repairs within two days and the entire process took two weeks and then I was told that I would have to replace the appliance.

Harry is the guy to call. Next day appliance repair for under $200 total parts and labor? I would never have believed it before this. He's fast and got only the part needed to get the dishwasher running again, no pressure to sell or upgrade anything. He had our tenant confirm full function again, then took our payment over the phone with his mobile processor. This is the convenience you want from a repair tech. Good stuff!

I would use the service again. He was prompt and on time. My issues was resolved very quickly. The cost was fair. I didn't feel as though I was taken advantage of. He was very friendly and respectful. Great service.

My plumber diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher and leak. Eagle Star was at my house with the part and had it repaired about an hour later.

Harry knows what he is doing, but he is sometimes hard to get in touch with. He needed to order a motor for my dryer, and installed it as soon as it arrived, but I had to ask for status several times. And, I realized the next day that the exhaust vent was no longer connected to the dryer, and I've been unsuccessful in reconnecting it.

Appointment was for 2 pm.. Called at 3:15 & said he was 25 min. Away. I told him to come & he could determine what the problem was. In less than 5 min. He told me what the problem was & immediately began showing me washers he could sell me.. Charged $65 for this..
