VICTORIA WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. SHE CHARGED US $600.00 FOR A COMPLETE DETAIL ON THE INTERIOR OF OUR HOME AND IT WASN'T EVEN CLOSE TO BEING COMPLETELY DONE, AND WHEN I WOULD TRY TO TELL HER THAT I WANTED SOMETHING DONE SHE WOULD TELL MY WIFE AFTER I LEFT, THAT SHE THOUGHT THAT I WAS TOO "ANAL" ABOUT THINGS. SO IN A NUT SHELL SHE WAS THE ABSOLUTELY THE WORST HOUSE KEEPER I HAVE EVER SEEN. THEN, AFTER WE TERMINATED HER SHE HAD THE NERVE TO TRY TO GET MORE MONEY OUT OF US. I DON'T SEE A BRIGHT FUTURE FOR EAGLE WINDOW CLEANERS IF THIS IS THE WAY THEY DO BUSINESS.

We didn't actually use them yet. They responded promptly, came immediately to do a quote and appeared to be very professional. The were also rather pricey, however, and so we put this project on hold. This is also partially because it is for my father in another state and there was disagreement among family members about whether or not to hire the service and what the cost should be. We were also referred to another service by you: KJ's Helping Hands of Rockford IL for our own housekeeping, and we are very satisfied with them. I don't believe we have been asked to give you feedback on them yet.

We could not have been more pleased with the professionalism and caring nature of Vicki and her workers when we hired them to help us out with a house in Olean, NY. It seemed as if they did the impossible! We were dealing with a long distance situation and Vicki and her workers cleared out our house in record time and meticulously cleaned it. The cost was very reasonable. What meant the most to my Mom and I was that Vicki took a personal interest in our situation and was understanding, caring, and extremely kind. I wish that she was in Rochester, NY so that we could hire her to do jobs at our own homes! Thank you so much! Darla
