Nathan called me in am and showed up within a few hours. He found the problem quickly and corrected it. He came across as honest and trustworthy and charged a reasonable and fair rate. I will certainly go to him in the future.

BEWARE - HE SUES PEOPLE WHO DO NOT WRITE POSITIVE REVIEWS ABOUT HIM. I am a homeowner who previously dealt with Nathan Haddad of Eagle Mechanical. For almost a year I waited for him to fix my heat. He never did. Several months ago I wrote an honest and accurate review on Home Advisor after a rep from Home Advisor told me to do so and that if I did he would finally reach out to me and hopefully do the necessary repair. What was told to me by Home Advisor is that what would probably happen next is that all of a sudden I would be immediately contacted by Nathan. That was exactly what happened. He asked me to take down my review and I told him that I would when he actually did the repair. He never did. He never fixed anything. He then hounded me via texts and emails to take down the review. He told me he would sue me if I did not take it down. He stated that he would do better next time. He still fixed nothing. He basically started to threaten to sue me if my review was not taken down. I told him NOT to threaten me and that the purpose of reviews is for people to be able to freely express their experiences with contractors for others to see. That is exactly what I did. I mentioned in the review how Nathan is a nice person but to me, he was not very reliable. I had nothing to gain from my post but did it as a way to get him to actually return a call and do the repair. I have written very positive reviews on my dealings with others. All I did was write an honest review as to how my family was treated by him. Today I received papers from him for a lawsuit that he filed against me. He is suing me for defamation and for almost $15,000.00 in money damages that he alleges. He is looking for a quick payday. Nothing in my review is untrue. He is just unhappy that his threats to me did not scare me in taking down my review. If he actually did the job, nothing negative would have ever been posted in the first place. I am writing this review now to warn others. If you deal with him and are not happy and post a review, he may sue you just like he did me. Be careful and take this into consideration. Now I have to defend myself and my review in a Court of Law. Absolutely ridiculous.

The initial service was done well. However, I had asked for a follow-up to review the Coil/TXV and didn't get a response. I would have loved to renew them for service again if I had received a follow-up.

They called right away. They came on time, they were very professional and accommodating. I did have a small concern about their diagnosis technique; they were always quick to assume the worst and recommended major work/replacement vs the longer path to spend some time to try and fix the issue.
