We worked with Bora Construction to replace the roof, gutters, and sidings. This is a big project for even an experienced homeowner, but especially nerve-wracking considering this is our first home and emotions were high. To our surprise, the project took only 2.5 weeks even with 3 days of rain. Luis and crew accounted for the weather in their roof and sidings work, and there was absolutely zero water intrusion. Nick's top quality is that he'll always leave things better than it was. When a problem comes up, Nick addresses them quickly in a non-defensive and customer-focused way. He points out issues/risks and provides solutions to address them as if it were his own home. Nick found multiple issues with our old home's roof and repaired them. No shortcuts were taken. The transformation of our home was huge! We had a red house before. Nick's crew installed hardie board and it came out amazing. I highly recommend Nick's crew on hardie installation - he has quite the experience and volume of hardie jobs. While I don't have pictures of the gutters, I initially didn't realize the gutters were installed. Nick and Mario were masterful in designing the gutters to maximize showing the hardie and hid the gutters well. Mario built all the gutters on-site with thick and top quality materials. Absolutely zero joints for extending gutters - all custom. Incredible craftsmanship. Thanks team!

Replacing our roof was way overdue. In addition to the roof, the Bora team demoed a non functional chimney, fixed the gutters and installed guards on them as well. From start to finish they did an awesome job.

Bora Construction did a fantastic job with my home! Nick and his team was responsive and took pride in their work. Construction/Renovations in Jersey City is a challenge given the age of buildings and nuances that come with that. Bora Construction took on that challenge and more than succeeded. They re-framed and replaced windows & painted my kitchen/living room. What a terrific job and great outcome! The windows are perfect as well as the paint job. I would highly recommend hiring them. We bought a new house and we had noticed water stains in the original gutters. We found out the previous owner had never replaced or repaired them. We called Bora Construction Group and they came out to help us with our problem very quickly. They said they would come back at a later date but got there faster day than we could have imagined. The work was done in one day, which is more than we could ask for.

I love the job that Nick and his team did for me, it was done quickly and with care. They got my brand-new gutters up just in time! They offer a great warranty, have a variety of colours, and based on Nicks suggestion we went with a 6-inch gutter which already looks better and holds significantly more water.
