Terrible communication. Took too long to finish the project and hardly ever answered my phone calls when workers didn?t show up.

Eloy promised us that he would have the project done and completed 14 days after the contract was signed. Here we are over 30 days later, and it is still not done. It has been absolutely awful, and I would not wish to work with this company on my worst enemy. I am left with an unfinished home. I am beyond angry. If there was an option for zero stars, I would give them that. I hope he is able to improve as a business owner.

Eloy was very nice and professional and quick to get me a quote. Robert's tile work was amazing on my fireplace.

Mr. Reyes gave the impression that the work was going to be done in 3 days but it took one and half weeks. He sent a very good carpenter but the boy who installs the tiles stills has no experience he wasted lots of material. Mr. Reyes did not have the material ready and the employee had to go to the store several times. Mr. Reyes mentions the word sorry like 5 times. I was tire of them not finishing when they promised. I not only lost too many tiles but when they left they left the 3 doors that needed to be trimmed and reinstall just there in the living room; some tiles are burned, lots of glue on the tile and on the lamp that I left them to use. Mr. Reyes does not supervise the work he does not even show up at the end of the project. I had to pay another carpenter to trim and reinstall the doors,($100.00) Bexar County Floors is not good. I sent a message to MR. Reyes with one of his employees. This may be a small job but, stills I am your customer If you do not want to get stressed out do not hire him.

Took 3 weeks for a 2-day job. Never showed up when scheduled or promised. Worst work I have ever seen in all my years of managing construction. Have photos of the absolutely miserable work that was done. Ultimately corrected, but there was no end to the continued frustration.

Eloy an his team are very respectful an did a fantastic job remodeling my restroom I will definitely recommend them to other people thank you so much eloy I greatly appreciate your time and service

Eloy was nice and professional while doing work in my home. He removed the old carpet from my living room space and put in new wood Floors which I am very satisfied with. I also had him put in floor tile in my bathroom and may I add looks fantastic. I was very satisfied with the work I had him do for my home. Thank you, Eloy.

Elroy was nice and respectful. But he did a terrible job, tried to install tile without spacers so the tile fell, hung the shower door before grouting then said he would have to come back to fix it, have not heard from him since. So now I have to start over with another contractor demo what he did, buy new materials again, and redo the work. Oh, and make sure you have tools, he may have to borrow some.

Below issues I faced, 1. Owner Eloy lied every day with false promises which made my family suffer for 2 weeks, work was supposed to start on Tuesday, Jan 26th, 2021, and completed by Sunday 31st January 2021 in 6 days 2. Work started on Wednesday, Jan 27th, and promised again to be completed by Sunday 31st January 2021 3. Work contract included all Material and Labor, and Eloy did not know the product was not in San Antonio Texas even money was paid 15 days in advance to get tiles and I am still waiting for the order receipt 4. Eloy promised to complete work by putting more people to complete in time, but 2 or 4 workers will come that too not on time 5. Worker caught smoking in my property 6. Demolished multiple rooms without completing even one room and left like that for more than 2 weeks 7. They do not have the right tools and using incorrect tools which delayed work with poor quality of work 8. Poor masking resulted in the dust even inside my cabinets result in expensive cleaning 9. Dust fans brought only for 2 days, no vacuum to cleanup created hazardous air levels inside the home 10. Destroyed backyard paint by putting the toilet 11. Project still not finished by 02/03/2021 and Eloy gave me another Invoice for $1900 which include transportation charges of tiles and multiple other relevant charges 12. Eloys workers broke 5 tiles on-site by careless handling and delaying the project 13. Had to install different tiles in Restroom because of poor measurements during the quotation 14. Cleaning left orange color in the grout 15. Because of the poor mask and prolonged project duration we are looking for a huge expense in cleaning 16. I had to spend multiple trips to Home Depot and Lowes as they were always short of workers 17. No proper cleaning after work

Elroy is a respectful young man starting off his business. Means well in getting the job done. Wishing him the best and success with his flooring business.

I have nothing but great experiences working with Eloy. He is always there to help even if it's an emergency. He is also super flexible with payments. As long as you let him know your situation beforehand, he is more than willing to work with you. I highly recommend Bexar County Floors!
