"As you can see by every other review we have received this is not how our company or business operates. Our work and jobs are scheduled on a first come first serve basis, and this was during a time where materials were difficult to obtain, thus waiting times unfortunately were high. While we attempted multiple times to come to a resolution it was not our lack of communication that was demise to this relationship. While we would love to say this situation was rectified we are unable to do so. We are happy to discuss this specific situation with any current and or future customers."
