Mr. Charles was very professional and informative. He took his time to explain the process and answered any questions I had. He even cleaned spots out that I did not believe could be removed. It dried quickly, but they key as he told me was turning on my ceiling fans to help move the process along and be patient. It was a quick cleaning process because my rooms were small, but I promise he gets the job done. I will surely recommend him to anyone who wants to have their carpet cleaned.

Professionalism and accomodation for a late request.

The service was exceptional, and I am very pleased with the outcome of the service. Mr. Brown arrived on time, very prepared, professional, and knowledgeable. I had several stains in the carpet, but the worst was hair dye on my tan carpet. When he completed the service, the dye was gone, and the other two visible stains were gone. It looked like new. I highly recommend E and E and will be using him again in the future.

Charles Brown was the epitome of professionalism. He was able to accommodate me in the time of a dire need. I contacted him the night before and he was able to come out the following day.
