They wiped most everything. Kitchen and baths ok but the rest of the house needed more vacuuming and when I requested that, it was not done. I also left a message that I was not that happy with the work one of the young girls did and never got a return call. They obviously did not care to please me.

For heavy cleaning, they did not clean areas that were high up like the top of picture frames. Also, they used a cleaner on my LCD screen tv which left streaks marks. However, overall they did a pretty thorough job.

Showed up 10 minutes early, sent one extra person for which there was no additional charge (initial quote was $70 an hour which would include 3 workers), and in a little more than 2 hours the house was sparkling from top to bottom. (This was a post construction clean up.). I will be hiring E&W to clean on a regular basis.

The crew was great they came when it was pouring down rain and they got in and the 3 women worked hard and well as a team. My rental was left so dirty the tile floors and room hadn't been cleaned in 2yrs by tenant. Top to bottom they did a great job even cleaned the furniture that was left in the room. Try these guys, they're great! They do everything they say they will, they do it well, and they are relatively inexpensive. They cleaned everything well the first time, beyond all expectations. They have multiple crews, but with every crew there is someone fluent in English, which in my opinion is outstanding. Awesome beyond belief!!
