We received excellent service from NILES HULL, who performed a pipe repair for a hose attachment in our driveway. The job was $533, and was done well, with pleasant, knowledgeable service. I highly recommend Harris as we've used them for many plumbing and electric projects in recent years. NILES HULL was knowledgeable, caring, and attentive to detail. They stand behind their work. WARNING: PLEASE BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY I had a very FRUSTRATING and COSTLY experience. I paid $616 for a repair to fix a water leak under my toilet, but the issue was not resolved at all. One day later, when I contacted them again to report that the problem was still ongoing, I was told they would now use a ?second option? and was quoted an additional $1,539.35 (Total cost: $2155.35). When I requested that the $616 I had already paid?especially since the issue was never fixed?be applied toward the new work, they refused. Instead, they insisted I pay the full amount again and sign the invoice before they would proceed. This raised SERIOUS CONCERNS for me about both their pricing and overall service practices. I ultimately hired another professional who completed the job for $869, which further highlights how excessive their charges were. BASAED ON MY EXPERIENCE, I STRONGLY WARN OTHERS TO BE EXREMELY CAUTIOUS WITH THIS COMPANY.

The best review I could give this company is no review at all, which was what I initially intended. However, my repeated phone calls with requests to speak to a manager have been ignored. So I am turning to the almighty review as my only recourse. We hired Harris to install a new hot water heater and expansion tank. The estimate process was great and I was talked into a "Happy Home Membership". I was told it was $100 a year, but when I received the invoice, it was $119. Okay, not a big deal. But I did have to ask twice for the invoice. On the morning of installation day, I took our dog to day camp early and rushed home. Start time was 9am. No one arrived or called. At 10am I called the main number. I was told it appeared our tech was "just getting his day started". Really??? I was put through to dispatch for an ETA. No one answered. By 11am, with still no word from anyone, I called again. I was told our tech had called out a short time ago. At this point I was angry and frustrated and

I recently purchased a new stove and it was not sitting flush with the wall. I recently hired Harris Plumbing to adjust the gas line to correct this. The technician assigned was Jean Cepeda. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I am very happy with the work done.

After inspecting the problem, the service man roamed around my house telling me all the things that needed to be fixed. He then showed me the tank was loose and tightened 2 bolts and caulked around the bottom. This visit wound up costing over $400, and could have been done in a matter of minutes. It took 4 phone calls to get a small refund, and cancelled contract.

Job is completed in a timely manner, very clean and neat and clean looking job

Mike was polite, he explained everything, he cleaned up after himself. We will definitely call Harris again and ask for Mike.

I have used Harris a few times for both plumbing and HVAC services. The phone personnel are cordial. Making appointments is pretty easy. They all do a good job. Montrell Busbee is knowledgeable and friendly. He has done two plumbing jobs for me. Bryan Peacock has also done plumbing work for me. He is proficient and helpful. Adam was in charge of installing my HVAC system. He made sure I knew how it worked. The area was cleaned up when they were done. I would use Harris services again and would recommend them.

Had a great experience with fast, courteous, and complete service from Tony D (Anthony DiNuova)! Called in at around 8 AM with a noise on our sump pump inverter. We had an offer to show up quickly - near 10 AM! We had to defer a bit to pick up our dog, but when we got back at 11 AM Tony was there and ready to go. He quickly diagnosed the issue (an alarm) and worked through options - we ultimately opted to replace the system, which he had done top to bottom in about 3 hours. He did a great job and was very friendly, courteous, careful, and efficient. I'd definitely recommend Harris and Tony D. especially!

Harris could have cared less about client service. We were just a number. And when they knew we would never stay with them, they were rude and refunded nothing.

Had to coerce them into cleaning the flu of my HVAC. Took a call to the tech's boss when the tech was on-site. Advertising material said it was included. Not hugely impressed with Harris.

Where do I start... First to know this company is not BBB accredited. Contacted Harris as I was having A/C trouble in the middle of a heat wave. A representative promptly came out did a quick evaluation and stated it would be best to replace the unit instead of basically putting a stop gap to fix the problem. I agreed on what needed to be replaced and at the time was appreciative of the prompt service. Additional work had to be installed downstairs to update what was an older configuration of the home. Unfortunately, nothing was addressed upstairs in any of the rooms. Air vents, returns, flow system. The representative reached out to finance and I agreed basically over the phone and via mobile device to approve for terms of the transaction and work. The finance representative did not come out to my home which I was told by Harris should not have happened.

Excellent results new furnace and air working great.

I have a maintenance contract. Today Fabian came out. He was very thorough. He spent two hours at my condo performing all kinds of tests. Before he left he went over things I could do to get better performance from my heater. I appreciate the fact that he did not try to pressure me into picking something. He emailed me (while in the truck) options and also explained different ways to pay for it. He noticed the oxygen in my home. My husband had CHF and COPD so I was specifically interested in the ways I can help his breathing better. I believe in todayâ s environment itâ s difficult for companies to get really good employees. This young man , 20, had a great work ethic and a bright future. Very pleased with the service I have received. Thank you Harris.

Our technician, Sean Hendersen, did a great job. He went over and above to make sure we were happy with the job. He explained everything to us, he was patient, answered all our questions, and did an awesome job! We highly recommend Harris Plumbing. I had my heater serviced for the winter, and Jason did a great job. He was on time, and took his time to make sure everything was done right. He gave me so much info about the job, and what else I can do to make it work better. If you want someone to explain everything to you up front, then HARRIS Plumping and Heating should be for you. angieb

After buying a new refrigerator, Home Depot told me I needed a plumber to run a new water line to the refrigerator. I was not happy with the Home Depot tech that called me. The plumber, Dave, arrived soon after I called Harris and did a phenomenal job! He was friendly, professional and worked quickly. Thank you, Dave, and Harris Plumbing!!

Woke up with no heat! Right before Christmas! Harris responded instantly and sent out someone to check the problem. Due to incorrect installation, rain had gotten into the improperly sealed roof vents, which in turned fried the transformer, inducer and circuit board. They were at my place bright and early the next morning installing a brand new furnace, more efficient and quieter, with a 10 year warranty. Arranged financing and were finished by 3pm. Everyone from my first phone call to the last service tech was professional, polite, knowledgeable and all around pleasant and really nice people. They will be my go to for heating, AC, plumbing and electrical from here on in. Glad I found them!
