Earl Dotten called me about an hour after speaking with a HomeAdvisor rep. He explained his process, starting with a water quality test, which he provided and performed free of charge. I live in Wasilla and Mr. Dotten’s business is based in Anchorage, but that did not limit the one-on-one attention we received. Once we decided on the water softener and filter, it was installed within a week. There were some plumbing challenges unique to my house that he easily overcame. All-in-all, we are very satisfied with our new “high quality H2O” and with Earl’s level of professionalism. Highly recommend his services.

rebuilt our water softener and R/O system that was not working. rebuilt all the indoor valves and piping systems coming out of the well tank system. Improved it significantly. products he uses are much better than what we had without increasing cost. Fair and honest pricing. expert, professional, meticulous, follow up communicates well, explains options to choose always nice and happy person now only working correctly now, we have confidence in system now. And Mr. Dotten will provide routine maintenance of the system.
