Very unprofessional we have a signed contract for 2400$ half when he started and half when the project was completed, when arrived and started the priced jumped to 10000$ no new contract or invoice was signed he is no demanding 10000$ when nothing was done and the floor and wall are tore apart he hung up on me and blocked me attached is a picture of how my laundry room was left.

Your mother. The *Homeowner* the person paying and in charge of the project. Asked to have everything combined to show the bank. I never asked you guys for 10k at all at any point. There is a invoice. The reason we are there. With a open balance, you refuse to pay. Around 1200. You are a liar nothing less, with no other professional way to say that. We will see you in court. Earl repaired our carpet which had rolled. He came when he said he would or contacted us if he needed to change the date. He did an excellent job and even moved the larger pieces of furniture for us. We are very pleased with his work and intend to use him in the future for further flooring work.

Earl installed flooring throughout my house after removing all the squeaking that I had contacted him about in the first place. He is extremely meticulous, gets the job done in the time frame he allocates and always keeps you in the loop. He even repaired an issue with my bathroom sink. Earl is multi-talented and can find solutions for a plethora of things. I already have other projects lined up with him and can't wait to see my house become the little oasis I always knew it could be. Earl should be every one's go-to-guy. You won't be disappointed.
