Chad (Earl's technician) was fast, but very thorough. He went well beyond "good enough" and was very diligent and knowledgeable. We were so impressed that we had him back to work on two additional large appliances. All three are working perfectly. We're very happy with Earl's and took business cards to give to our friends.

Quiet, relaxed, talked calmly. Not bothered by my watching or my questions of curiosity.

Before they came out I was sent a text message with a picture of my technician. It was nice having a face to go with the name. My Technician was very professional explaining to me every step along the way. He ordered the parts immediately and keep me updated to when they would be coming in and coming back out to fix the dryer. I highly recommend them.

Would highly recommended Earls to anybody needing appliance work done. They were quick, efficient, and fairly priced for the work he did for me. They made the process super easy and got out dishwasher back up and running the same day!

Service man was really knowledgeable of the problem. He knew right away the problem but had to go and pickup the part. Don't know if I paid by the hour but if this problem happens a lot on this model dryer maybe a spare part should be kept on the truck saving time, Could have been fixed a lot faster and cheaper

Earls got my project fixed by a very pleasant technician who really knew what he was doing.

They actually had to remove too much coolant from my Air Conditioner, which was causing a switch on switch not to come on. The previous contractor who put the coolant in kept telling me the A/C was not blowing cool air because I had no insulation in my ceiling! (yes, I certainly did.) Relieved to find a better contractor!!!

Technician was on time, very neat, tidy and polite. Thoroughly checked out my washer, found the problem and fixed it. I'm extremely satisfied and will use them again.

They arrived on time and were quick to get started. It took them about 1.5 hours to finally find the problem after thinking it was a few different problems along the way. The price quoted for repairs was fairly high, so we decided to do the repair on our own.

They were hard to reach. I had to keep calling to get information about the job. They told me that they would call me ahead of time so that if I was out I could make it home to let them in. They did call at 8am from my driveway. They did not have the proper tools for the job so they faked it. They had to call the office to ask how much to charge me? They also did not cleanup.

They were prompt and on time. Looked at our dishwasher and gave a reasonable repair estimate. He answered all my questions on investing in repair or just replacing the old. My wife and I chose not to invest the repair cost into the old dishwasher and buy a new one, But I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. We will call Earl's again.
