The communication was poor before the review on Thumbtack was posted 12 hours after no word from the company. The interaction after the review was unprofessional and rude. Supposedly drove by for a quote, didn’t come to the door or let anyone know although multiple people were home. The back gate is locked so a proper quote couldn’t be given regardless if an onsite visit was required to create an estimate. Sent a quote after the attached conversation and review was posted about the poor communication. “This isn’t 1920.”

Professional, friendly, and prompt are just a few words to describe the service you'll receive. They came out and provided an honest estimate without trying to upsell services that I didn't need. Once the initial appointment was set they've returned to maintain the yard consistently without hassle. I've received nothing but compliments since the service began, and would recommend them for any job large or small. Thank you to the owner/operator, and his employees for a job well done.

They did a good job in the front but I was not satisfied with the back because they didn’t blow the leaves and didn’t tell me that would be extra and had to be requested up front. My request was grass cutting and removal. Great person,,, just wasn’t not satisfied with service

Did a great job and got to the yard very quickly. It was pricier than other services I've used in the past but he was detailed and cleaned things up really well. I live out of town so also appreciated that I could pay with a credit card, but would have felt better about it if I could have paid through a secure online portal instead of texting the CC info.
