They were quick to come out and repair the door but they overcharged me. The company has been promising for over a month that the check is in the mail. Brendan has told me on 3 separate occasions that the check was mailed. It has been 5 weeks. Now I have to get my lawyer involved. Do NOT hire this company!

Technician was polite and efficient, but left with the garage door not operable because of a problem he said he could not fix. Very expensive repair.

"This customer called for a spring repair, which we completed on the same day for an agreed upon price. He then asked us to look at his opener, which a previous company installed incorrectly. We told him that due to the way it was previously installed, we would have to reinstall it from scratch. He refused the reinstallation and opted to only repair the springs. We wish we could have helped, but were not given the option."
