With over 20 years experience, we can take care of all your chimney needs. We service over 20,000 homes each year in the entire Chicagoland market. The Company has been a member of the BBB for several years and has an excellent rating. Cleanings are performed by CSIA ( Chimney Safety Institute of America) bonded sweeps who are required to continue their education on a regular basis to keep their certification current. As part of our cleaning process we also inspect your chimney, and can recommend ways to keep it safe and efficient. Our technicians can perform all repairs associated with the fireplace and furnace chimney including: chimney tuckpointing and rebuilding, fireplace and furnace liners, glass doors, gas log units, protective chimney covers and dampers and fireplace accessories. Timeliness, cleanliness and, of course, your safety are our top concerns.

Needed some tuck pointing done - they were not able to complete on this trip and required a second visit / additional charges due to it not being on the same visit - chose not to get that done and just had them do the cleaning - spent a ton of time inspecting and and writing up an estimate - I already knew what I wanted done and they wasted my time - didnt do the job to my satisfaction - they were the only choice for this project

This is the 2nd time that we have used Early Times for chimney work. They are always very professional, friendly and honest. The 1st time the project came in under their price quote. Within 5 minutes of submitting the request, they called and scheduled an appointment. I am happy to have found them again and to be able to recommend them to everyone.

Technician quoted a price for fixing fireplace to me. Written estimate was $500 greater than original quote and company would not honor original verbal qoute. Felt I had been in a "bait and switch." Would not recommend this company to anyone.

These guys came on time,very professional,and no b.s. at all. He told me exactly what he was doing and why and was here for a little over an hour. Also asked him to clean out my dryer vent. Everyone should do this!!!! He took a big bag of lint out of the dryer vent. I mean a lot!!! A fire could have started at anytime. I cleaned (I thought) it myself less than 2 months ago. Anyway they are great!

They were very helpful, not only in cleaning our chimney, but in answering my questions about firewood, how to correctly use our gas starter and ventilator. They were on time and very personable. I will definitely use them again.
