Earnhardt and Associates Appraisers is a full service residential real estate appraisal office. We have experience with new/proposed and existing construction of all value modular homes, townhomes, condominiums, and vacant land property valuations. For PRIVATE Home Advisor Clients, we provide real estate appraisals for divorce, estate, insurance, and any other reasons you might need a private appraisal, as well as for tax appeals. PLEASE NOTE: While we do complete appraisals for LENDERS for NEW MORTGAGES, REFINANCE, and HOME EQUITY LOANS, we generally are not able to do these appraisals directly for you. Your bank, lender, or mortgage company will likely have to order the appraisal from their approved appraisers list (and if you try to order an appraisal from us for one of the above 3 reasons, we will be billed up to $25 from Home Advisor, and will unlikely be able to do this appraisal for you.).
