Let me start by saying they returned my phone call in less than 10 minutes, and started the process of understanding what I needed done, and setting up an appointment for an estimate the next morning. Steve was in charge of the project, and without question is very knowledgeable and educated on all the latest innovations of gas piping and tankless hot water heaters. He used a new style gas piping and a --high end-- Rinnai tankless hot water heater for our project. Wow, what a hot water system! John was the installation tech and did a real nice job. Polite, conscientious, quality workmanship and answered all our questions. Considering all the work done, quality of work and the product line that was used, the pricing was very fair. Also, starting with the young lady in the office and the entire staff, really nice people. Highly recommend!

A very prompt reply. Steve did some trouble shooting over the phone. The technician was here when expected, diagnosed the problem, ordered the replacement part, and made a plan to replace it at a time convenient for me. No pressure to replace the furnace or any other heat related item. Very professional service and each step was thoroughly explained. I would call this firm without hesitation!

Service technician explained everything they do and what he was doing, took his time and checked everything to make sure boiler was functioning correctly. Will use them again!

Good service. Damien was prompt in calling me back and setting up an appointment. The service tech was on time and completed the annual furnace maintenance in around an hour. I will be hiring Earth Core again in the spring to service my AC as well.

I don't really yet know about the quality of their work. They just did it this morning.

Came out the same day fixed my furnace then at 930 pm my heat stopped working I called them up and they came right back out and fixed the problem

The workers fixed a few things with my furnace. They could have easily lied and expand the project scope but they were very honest and showed me what was needed and why. They were prompt and cleaned up everything before leaving. The cost was way below my expectations.

Damien is very responsive, and they have a great staff. Lots of communication, really neat and super job cleaning up. In less than 24 hours, I had a new water heater ready to go. Will definitely use them again!!
