Earth Designs Landscaping

Prompt, polite, hardworking team.

Returned my call on a holiday weekend!

This team did an EXTRAORDINARY job getting the front yard of our house ready to put on the market. Highly, highly redommend this business. We'd hire them again in a second.

on time, steady workers, good, communicators

They were prompt and did a good job.

STUMP GRINDING was part of scope of work; you knew that from the very beginning. - 1 star for winning a bid where you denied another business the opportunity to perform the job correctly. - 1 star for assuming that it was ok to back up your truck to the stumps and attempt to remove that way. How SAFE was that? - 1 star for then having your crew use chainsaws or other equipment on the stump and roots instead. Again, without my approval. How SAFE was that for your crew? GE Designs did attempt to rent a stump grinder but gave up when they did not locate one after a few hours: -1 star for not calling me because I may have been able to locate one for them to use via an internet search, and I may have forwarded them the deposit money required. Were you afraid to ask? Were you afraid I might tell you to come finish the job later when you had the right equipment (hmm I am assuming now). I am sure that they are capable of doing good work because I see so many high ratings for this company. What is the point of using HomeAdvisor, sending emails, and pictures if not to locate the proper vendor? We paid good money and not to a low ball bid; you were paid in cash. We met your terms, did we not? What if I had said "well here is a check for your work, thanks and bye." It is still money isn't it? How would you feel. CONSIDERATION - learn what it is - if you do not stop to think about the work and to have the courage to call the customer - you are going to end up getting BURNED one of these jobs. SAFETY - what happens on the job site is your responsibility. I sincerely hope you find my feedback useful.

They follow instructions well.

They were very friendly and young and they seemed to work well together.

Jose and his crew were very responsive to my needs. There is no way I could have tacked the job myself. I will most likely be using Earth Designs Landscaping for year round maintenance in the future.

They were fantastic and pros.

Very hard working team- especially in the heat. Professional. Reasonably priced. I've hired other people from this site before and these guys are the best by far.

They spent 6 hours working constantly to clean up a very messy yard. It was markedly improved when they finished . A particularly difficult corner of my yard was cleaned thoroughly - I can see river rocks now that I didn't remember were there. I will use them again.

On time and charged me less than estimate.

Jose, Francisco and team arrived on time. They cleared all the areas requested and confirmed information so they didn't make mistakes or take down too many cactus. The entire property was cleared and picked up before they left. Thanks for providing an economical quote and doing very professional work. I'd hire them again for similar work. Great Job!

Can’t say enough about the two young gentlemen that came and quoted me a price for a fallen Century Plant removal. I accepted their quote, the project was bigger than either of us thought but they stuck by their quote and did a fantastic job. I will be calling them again. Thank you.

Very professional, very personable and hardworking. Jose and Francisco removed a large tree from my yard in short order. I will be sure to use them again

Very reliable and any problems that happen he will come back, even if it is a while later he will still help!
