I requested a service appointment for a plumbing and a heating issue at my home via their new website. It was during the busy holiday season so I was surprised and happy to receive a prompt response from John to set up the appointment. The plumbing tech and the heating tech were both very professional and efficient and both issues were addressed in a timely manner. I was thrilled to have both issues addressed within the same appointment slot. Overall I am extremely pleased with the service provided by EarthHeat and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.
