I bought a Harman P68 Pellet Stove in Dec, 2025. I bought an old farmhouse 2 years ago that uses heating oil. It was very expensive. I am very satisfied with my purchase, and in hindsight, I would buy the same one. I had a lot of questions and Cody in Green Bay was more than helpful. He answered my call, even when he was sick at home, and talked to me for 45 minutes with my list of questions. For me, it was all about saving money on my heating costs. But one thing I didn't think about was how nice it is having a backup heat... especially when my heating oil furnace was down for 2 days- I didn't have to try to heat the old house with electric heaters all over the house. We called this company to come out and service our Harmon Iron Accentra pellet stove. When the "technician" came out she looked around the heater and determined that the blower fan needed to be replaced. Upon her inspection she cited that the unit (being a built in) had no access to the blower fan without cutting an access hole into the wall behind in in our spare bedroom. She then left. I then took her direction and cut open the wall to find there was no access to service the heater. Upon a 5 minute search on YouTube I found that the heater actually has releases and can be pulled straight out from the front. Within 30 minutes I had the heater out, blower fan serviced and then unit back together and working perfectly. I asked the company to refund my service call as now I have to patch a hole in my wall per their direction and the "VP" decided that because they discounted the visit initially due to their own incompetence that they would do nothing further.

We purchased our refurbished pellet stove from Earth Sense in Dale, WI, in late August 2025. We started using Uncle Jed's pellets on and off in November. The pellet stove helps heat our basement nicely and the first-floor bathroom (with the help of a ceiling fan). We have also received great customer service from the employees; they came out to answer our questions in person! Highly recommend Earth Sense Energy Systems! We have not had a problem with Uncle Jeds pellets, and are ready to get more soon with this extreme cold weather!

We had Kirk from the Junction City store come to our home for an estimate on a new wood burning stove. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. Just an all around great guy. Few days later we met him at the store and bought our stove! Good customer service and a great price!

1st pellet stove,HARMAN XXV installed by them in 2006, done very professionally, gifted that stove in 1016 to son, & replaced with exact same stove. Now 2025,upgrading to Absolute 63, ( more BTU's) . Cory was excellent to work with! Highly recommend 👌

Joe and Cody are excellent guys to work with very knowledgeable about their products and very helpful when I had any questions considering I installed my new pellet stove myself.

Highly recommend Earth Sense! Eric at the Junction City location is top notch. His customer service goes above and beyond. He is always available for questions and made sure to work with us to find the best stove insert for our situation. He will be there with you from the sale to after the final install is complete! Very knowledgeable in all the stoves they sell and what works for each customers unique situations! Bart with the install crew is very good at making everything look professional and something to be proud to have in our house.
