Was well pleased with the work that was done. It was exactly as planned and then went over and beyond what I expected. The workers were friendly and professional. They cared that I was satisfied. No cost 'overrun'. Even offered to stay extra time, when I became ill, until help arrived for me! That's CARING!!

Replaced -o-ring seals in our hot tob. This tech performed in a highly professional manneraccomplishing what others could not. To complete this repair the pump neededto be removed and there was a bolt in the rear that was inaccessible. He managed to find a way to remove the bolt anddo a great job withthe repair.Thanks to Bob I can once enjoy the tubs theraputic value. Thanks for your expeirtieceand quick response. note; there is a problem with this document as it will not respond to some commands like space bar.
