Allen was very responsive and courteous. Overall the job was very fast and efficient and he did come back per his guarantee to work a couple of problem areas. The damage from our cats was so severe that the carpet cleaning could not remove the odor, but this was not due to a lack of effort on Allen's part. He would have continued to return and try to work the problem areas but ultimately we determined that the situation was deeper than the carpet and carpet pad and therefore not under his service guarantee. I would recommend Allen and Earthwise Carpet Cleaning to anyone will normal carpet soil and moderate pet damage. Nicole

Allen was very approachable, he explained everything very well, the task he had cleaning the carpets was pretty tough, he really did work hard on them, and the carpets came up better than expected. The carpets do need replacing but with the work that was done we can get another year out of them before replacing the carpets. these were in a rental unit. I am employing allen to clean all my other rental properties end of the month because I am happy with his work.
