"This homeowner hired us while their project was not permitted. They are part of the "First Time Flippers" show. I cannot explain how ridiculous these people are. We provided a license and permit to complete the project. They were unwilling to pay us for services provided so we were forced to file a lien on there property. These people have hired and fired numerous contractors so that they don't have to pay their bills. I would give them 0 out of 5 stars for ability to pay bills."
